I am proud to announce my candidacy for Becker County Sheriff.

I bring 27 years of extensive law enforcement experience and training to this role. For the past 26 years, I have proudly served the citizens of Becker County: six years with the Frazee Police Department, where I served as both Officer and Police Chief, and for the last 20 years with the Becker County Sheriff’s Office.

During my career with the Becker County Sheriff’s Office, I have held the positions of Patrol Deputy, Boat and Water/Recreational Deputy, Investigator, and currently Lieutenant. My responsibilities have included keeping our roads, lakes, and trails safe; responding to calls for service throughout the county; conducting and assisting in numerous felony-level investigations; holding offenders accountable; and working alongside command staff to ensure the Sheriff’s Office upholds the principles of fairness, integrity, and professionalism in every aspect of law enforcement.

 

The experience and knowledge I have gained over the past 27 years have thoroughly prepared me to serve as Sheriff. I am dedicated to the citizens of Becker County and have built my career on integrity, trust, and respect. As Sheriff, I will demand those same standards across the entire organization and ensure the Sheriff’s Office reflects the professionalism and accountability the citizens of Becker County deserve.
